From 6 to 100+ Online Leads Per Year – A Case Study

Rob Gibson is an insurance agent in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, who has been at it for 30+ years. The agency services over 3,000 policies, and he is ranked in the top 100 of more than 16,000 agents nationwide, specializing in Commercial, Life, and personal lines insurance. 

We have enjoyed working with Rob since 2015!

Background

Even before Pancake Digital Solutions®, Founder Rianna was freelancing in social media marketing while working as a director of marketing for another company. During this time, the dog Pancake ran into Rob’s garage, starting a conversation with Rianna that led to social media work.

Before

Rob Gibson and his agency have always done an amazing job helping people protect their homes, cars, and businesses with insurance and have always brought in new business. However, the agency was averaging about 6 leads per year from the online space.

After

Starting in 2015 as a freelancer, Rianna implemented an organic social media strategy, adding on Facebook and Instagram ads in 2017. At the end of 2016, we were able to see that the online reposts were averaging about 1-2 online leads a week. This has continued as Rob agreed to continue working with us as a client of Pancake Digital Solutions in 2017.

On the Table…

This has been a great project to work on, and Rob & his agency are a great client to work for! These results show the possibility of organic social media marketing, especially when paired with a Facebook Advertising strategy.
